Very Impressive Reviews Panasonic ES8243A Men's 4-Blade Wet/Dry Rechargeable Electric Shaver

I was the owner of Braun shaving products for years. My latest was the very pricey Braun 760. I finally started shopping for another shaver after the plastic side trimmer broke. I read the reviews and settled on the Panasonic ES8243A Men's 4-Blade.

I particularly like that I can clean it with soap and water and use it wet or dry. I don't have to buy a special, proprietary cleaning fluid as I did with the Braun 760. For a bald guy that shaves every day this is by far the best razor I have used yet. I searched for the best replacement and this was by far the best reviewed for the money. I now know why.

I researched all the different models of the Norelco SensoTouch 3D before finally purchasing this Philips Norelco 1280XCC SensoTouch 3D Electric Razor and I feel it is the best model out of the set! The cleaning system is totally worth it and the sleek look and display matches it price tag versus some of the cheaper models that look just like that--cheap.

After seven years using A Braun foil shaver, I bought this Norelco (Model 1280X/42 and 1280XCC are the same) and I could not be more pleased. It is really like night and day. The closeness of the shave is orders of magnitude different, and I don't feel like I'm pressing incredibly hard to get a decent shave. The rotary motion takes a bit of time to get used to but is just fine now. Gives a great close shave and moves well across the face and neck. Totally worth the buy especially with the current $30 off coupon.

Philips Norelco 1250X/46 SensoTouch Electric Razor awesome so far and you really use it with thick beards (does work with dry shaving but wet shave feels a lot better), definitely recommend the optional hair trimmer as well...works great. The versatility of the Senso Touch outweighs this minor difference in that it may be used dry, with shave cream, or in the shower. This can give you a quick painless shave, or if you stretch you skin and push aggressively, can get you as close as a blade.

Foil shavers have been pretty good for me, and the last one I had was the Braun series 5 foil shaver. The quality of this Philips Norelco 1250X/46 SensoTouch shaver versus lesser cost units and brands is evident in every facet of it's construction and operation. If you take shaving seriously, this is the shaver for you.

Chose the shaver as the top Philips model and the "top" here really means it. Very quiet operation, very smooth shaving, excellent build quality. Takes a lil time to get used to electric shavers (especially if switching back from razors). The Philips Norelco 1290X/46 Razor is an engineering triumph for the famous Dutch electric razor manufacturer, Philips.

My face is very smooth after shaving with this razor my face and neck don't hurt. The secret to a totally smooth shave with these Norelco 1290X/46 Sensotouch razors is a little soap and water on your face. The razor cuts smooth without any but it cuts smoother still with a little soap. I use liquid ivory hand soap mixed with a little water. Very nice and refreshing.

I have had Philips Norelco razors for a long time. I especially like the new Norelco 1160X/47 cleaning system. It automatically lowers the razor into the cleaning fluid, starts and stops the razor in a washing action, then raises the razor for a drying cycle. If the razor needs charging, it will do that during the drying time. Buy the Philips Norelco SensoTouch 2D 1160X/42 Cordless Electric Razor for less.

Without any exaggeration I can state that the Philips Norelco 1160X/47 gives at least as close a shave as any razor that I've ever used and a far superior shave to any other electric shaver that I've ever used. I've only had the 1160X/47 for 72 hours, but I've found that I needed no learning period for getting a remarkably close shave. If the shave quality drops off over time, I will post that information as well.
