Consistently reliable, solid quality, fully satisfied. I have been using Philips products for over 30 years. I just purchased the Philips Norelco RQ12 Replacement Head for SensoTouch 3D for my two-year-old arcitec razor and boy am I impressed. The new head delivers a much closer shave than the RQ10 head.

I purchased the Rq12 based on the reviews here and I must say that it TRULY IS AN INCREDIBLE BLADE. The Philips Norelco RQ12 will not fit in the Arcetic Jet Clean system. The 1280Xcc will not fit in the Arcetic Travel Case (even with the RQ12 removed).

The RQ12 is larger than the RQ10. I get a much closer shave with the RQ12 than the RQ10. I found a brand new RQ10 in a drawer and gave it a shot. After using the RQ12 for 3 months and going back, the RQ10 felt terrible. Very rough and irritating. I don't remember it being that irritating before the RQ12. The RQ12 is a smooth and cuts cleanly.

This new head does it all! It has varying size holes and it pivots in more axis. Just amazing.
